To proceed with the cancellation of your BrightCIS subscription, please email our Payment Services team at paymentservices@brightsg.com and supply the following information:
- Your BrightCIS Organisation name and billing contact’s email address.
- The reason for cancelling your BrightCIS subscription.
- If applicable, any features you feel are missing from BrightCIS.
Please note that if we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation, your subscription will continue, and charges will apply.

Important: Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer have access to your account or its content. We recommend exporting and saving any important data before your subscription ends. Suggested steps for exporting reports:
- Subcontractors > click on Import/Export > select Export Subcontractors to CSV File
- Analysis > More > CIS summary report, CIS Year to Date Report
- Also, any other report on information you wish to save before access is lost
